RESPONSIBILITIES Social Strategy & Growth Own and evolve the full social strategy across Instagram, TikTok and emerging platforms Translate product launches and campaigns into social-first storytelling Grow brand reach, engagement and community Expand into new audiences while strengthening core customer segments Paid Social & Performance Lead paid social strategy across Meta Drive performance through testing, optimisation and audience targeting Align paid and organic strategy to maximise conversion and ROI Manage budgets and track spend performance Content & Brand Storytelling Define and elevate the brand voice across social channels Lead the content roadmap and creative direction Oversee content production, briefing and publishing Drive storytelling that builds brand affinity and trust Team Leadership Lead and mentor a team of 3 Uplift strategic thinking beyond reactive posting Build structure, processes and performance accountability Collaboration Work closely with eCommerce and Marketing to align on launches and revenue targets Report directly to the Founder on strategy, performance and growth opportunities REQUIREMENTS Experience 7–10 years in social media, content, digital marketing Strong experience managing both organic and paid socia Proven track record driving engagement and revenue through social Experience in lifestyle, fashion, beauty or consumer brands preferred Experience managing and developing teams Skills Strong strategic and commercial mindset Deep understanding of Instagram, TikTok and short-form content Paid media capability with performance optimisation experience Strong brand storytelling and copywriting skills Analytical and data-driven approach Hands-on knowledge of content tools (Canva, CapCut etc.)
